Our Founders

SilvioSilvio P. Bianculli, founder and President of Worksite Health & Wellness, has worked in Health Clubs and in the Corporate Fitness Environment for over 16 years. He has helped countless people get into shape, stop smoking, lose weight and de-stress over the years.

He is a NY State Licensed Acupuncturist, Board Certified Herbalist, and a Certified Hypnotist. He is also a Nationally Certified Health & Fitness Instructor with the American College of Sports Medicine as well as a Certified Pilates and Yoga Instructor.

JustinJustin Mandel, co-founder and Vice-President of Worksite Health & Wellness, has been interested in personal health since 1994 when he started to take an interest in nutrition, study Tai Chi, and practice Buddhist meditation.

Since then he has studied Taoist meditation, Hsing Yi Chuan, and various types of massage. He is a practicing Acupuncturist, Board Certified Herbologist, and Medical Chi-Kung practioner who has taught Tai Chi, Chi-Kung, and Yoga since 2001.


Our Nutritionist

MelissaMelissa King's own 25-pound weight loss success and experience using natural remedies for common health problems like acne and high cholesterol has inspired her to work with others, coaching them to achieve not only their health goals but their lifetime dreams and aspirations.

She is a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and a Certified Holistic Health Counselor through the American Association of Drugless Practitioners. She has led workshops for staff at numerous venues, including Columbia University, Lenox Hill Hospital, and Mt. Sinai Medical Center.

She uses a practical and balanced approach, designing programs for people living the NYC lifestyle.


Our Feng Shui Consultant

SueaneSueane Mun is a certified Classical Feng Shui Practitioner. She has received her certification at the New York School of Feng Shui under the world-renowned instructor Roger Green. As a practitioner, she is committed to enhancing people’s lives by bringing harmony and balance to their quality of life.

She can inspire you to expand the consciousness of your own life in relation to your environment, and to embrace prosperity, health, and happy relationships.


Our Acupuncturist

SandraSandra S. Park is a Board Certified Acupuncturist and is licensed to practice in New York and New Jersey. She is a graduate of Pacific College of Oriental Medicine’s rigorous 4 year program in Oriental Medicine. Her internships were performed at both St. Vincent’s Hospital and Yonkers Hospital.

Currently she is in private practice, who has additional with working at a multi-disciplinary rehabilitation office. In addition to being a Board Certified Herbalist, she is certified in auricular acupuncture.


Our Ergonomist

KevinKevin C. Weaver, MA PT OCS CEA CIE is a physical therapist and ergonomist who has been involved in providing wellness, prevention, rehabilitation and ergonomic consultation and services to various companies and organizations for the last seven years. He is a Board Certified Ergonomist by the Board of Professional Ergonomics (CEA) and the Oxford Institute (CIE).

He is New York and Rhode Island State licensed physical therapist and is Board Certified as an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) from the American Board of Physical Therapy.

He is a graduate of New York University's Physical Therapy (PT) and Ergonomics and Biomechanics (MA) programs and is presently a full-time faculty member at NYU, in the department of physical therapy. He presently holds a clinical practice position at Academy Physical Therapy in New York City.


Our Alexander Technique Teacher

AnnAnn Rodiger is an Alexander Technique teacher in New York City. She applies her 25 years of experience in the Alexander Technique combined with her knowledge from dance notation and analysis and her own performing experience to bring practical movement guidance to everyday activities. She has produced two audio tapes: “Walking Well” and “Sitting Well,” as well as a CD, "The Joy of Walking Well."

Ann Rodiger has extensive experience and training in the Alexander Technique, movement analysis and observation, movement fundamentals and awareness, recording movement, and in cultivating change in people’s movement behavior.

She has worked with people from many different walks of life including professionals, secretaries, musicians, directors, actors, and dancers in movement re-education and re-patterning. She has worked with repetitive stress injuries, vocal malfunctions, back pain, people recovering from injuries and surgery, as well as those with symptoms of stress.


Our Hypnotist

Sara Oppenheim is a Certified Hypnotherapist and a member of the International Association of Counselors and Therapists. Sara came out of the corporate world and after successfully battling breast cancer decided that she wanted to spend her time helping others.

She was trained by Paul Aurund at the Holistic Healing Center in Chestnut Ridge, NY. Sara is also certified in Regression Therapy by the Weiss Institute. (She trained with Dr. Brian Weiss, author of many books, including "Many Lives, Many Masters".)

Sara uses traditional Hypnotherapy along with Parts Therapy and Interactive Guided Imagery to help people who want to resolve specific issues or overcome fears or addictions.

She has helped people who have wanted to lose weight, give up smoking, manage pain, improve self-confidence, improve their public speaking skills, reduce stress or anxiety, deal with sadness, improve their sport performance, and many other issues.

Sara has a private practice in Westchester County and is a frequent speaker and workshop leader for corporations and groups. She has a particular interest in working with women who have been through the trauma of a cancer diagnosis.


Our CPR Instructor

Scott Caruthers was born and raised in Brooklyn. Scott joined the Navy at 17 just before Operation Desert Storm. After Boot Camp, he was immediately deployed to the USS Blue Ridge on patrol in the Persian Gulf. After the war, Scott remained in Japan for nearly eight years studying the martial arts and many varied religious and philosophical ideologies.

After 10 years, he received his honorable discharge in June of 2000 and returned to his childhood home of NYC. Employed as the Training Center Coordinator for the Regional EMS Council of NYC (REMSCO) on September 11th, 2001, he was at the WTC site that day and into the next as a relief worker and in his capacity as a minister.

Soon thereafter, he left REMSCO and founded 'Training for Life', with the mission to empower our communities to deal effectively with the medical emergencies we must all face in the natural course of our lives.
